Our Shipping Policy

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Address provided for order.

You (the customer) are solely responsible for the shipping address provided with your order. If, after your order is placed, you (the customer) determine you entered your shipping address in error. You must contact us, via email, sandsskin@sandsskin.com, immediately or within 24 hours of when you (the customer) placed the order.  No refunds will be issued due to an address error after 24 hours of when order was placed. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees due to address error.
It is our sincere goal to ship orders within our shipping policy of 2 to 5 days.
Shipping Policy Shipment processing time.

We only ship to US and US Territories at this time.

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days and should arrive to you within 10 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Shipping rates & delivery estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

FedEx/UPS, if available, Standard 2 -5 business days and shipping fees can vary between $10 - $27

USPS Standard Delivery 3 to 7 days and shipping fees can vary between $4 - $23.
Free Delivery for orders over $200.00.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

SANDS SKIN CARE​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us or the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
