RR 75 Part 1 is crafted like a signature cocktail: blackcurrant and raspberry stirred into strawberry milk, topped with curls of dark chocolate and kissed with vanilla and cognac. It’s served alongside a berry-laced custard tart, creamy and cold with just the right bite.
RR 75 Part 2 deepens the night. Bourbon stirred with candied and toasted almonds, finished with praline, hazelnut, coffee, and a dusting of nutmeg. It’s warmth in a glass. On the side: a thick slice of caramel-drizzled espresso cake, meant to be slowly unwrapped like a verse.
